Isabel's initial encounter with yoga was in 2011 as a curious high school student seeking strength and bodily awareness. However, it was the discovery of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2018 that ignited her true yoga journey. This traditional practice resonated deeply, leading her to become a dedicated student at Mysore Tampa Bay in 2020. Fuelled by years of committed study, Isabel completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training encompassing both Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, followed by a 300-hour Ashtanga Training. Beyond the physical practice, Isabel possesses a profound enthusiasm for Yoga philosophy, dedicating her spare time to reading and philosophical studies. Isabel has apprenticed under Heather at Mysore Tampa Bay, led workshops, and guided aspiring teachers through yoga teacher trainings. Read more about Isabel here.

Sharing a love for travel, Heather and Isabel began organizing international yoga retreats together in 2024.
