Indulge yourself in the ultimate escape this holiday season. Spend one week evolving your ashtanga practice while living the island life, immersed in nature, and discovering the underwater world through scuba diving in Islas del Rosario, Colombia with Heather Serna, SYC Authorized Level II teacher.
Las Islas del Rosario is a tropical paradise of 27 islands tucked away in the Caribbean Sea, just one hour by boat from the colorful and bustling city of Cartagena Colombia. Life on the island is simple and easy-going. The islands belong to a protected coral national natural park and boast a healthy and vibrant coral reef teeming with aquatic life.
A week here is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself, your practice, and with nature through activities like Ashtanga yoga, meditation, breath work, and scuba diving.
Each day will start with Ashtanga practice in the morning. Some afternoons will be free to relax and explore while others will be reserved for scuba diving activities. No diving experience is necessary, and all levels of experience are welcomed. All scuba activities will be led by Isabel Carattini, PADI instructor & fellow Ashtangi.
Spaces are limited to 7 rooms. Early bird pricing is available until June 22.
